Laurea is a Bay Area advocate of Nordic Walking. We met recently to update her technique. She was a prior student of mine.
She had the baic steps down pat, so i gave her a few more ways to up her results.
We did the grip-and-go (I also cal it miling the cow.) then the swagger step – or “walking with attitude.” Finnaly, the hop-skip.THAT one will get your pulse to the ceiling.
