Lindsay suffered a major injury to her knees and her career as a world-class skier may be over. She says she is bone-to-bone. She was the USA’s bright star in the World Cup season and Russian Olympics.
She led the US Ski tream when not dating golf pro, Tiger Woods. She lives in ail, CO bu9t maintains a cottagein Austria. She has used Nordic Walking to keep in shape, but now benefits by the stability and balance the lightweight poles provide. It takes a big load off her legs.
In a nod to German pole maker, LEKI, she recently made a promotional video promoting Nordic Walking for cross-training, cardio training, recovery and rehab from injuries. Joining her on a walk are Olympic stars Marlies Schild, Benni Reich, and Peter Schlickenreider.

While the production value is high, the script and acting are a bit cheesy. It’s great to finally see some awareness marketing for Nordic Walking. It’s huge in Europe, but Americans just “don’t get it.”
